Prepay your order into the following bank account and send us the copy of the bank payment order to the email info.kefiskin@gmail.com, stating your full name and order number. Upon receipt of the copy of the bank payment order, we will ship your order.

11. Product Shipment
We commit that products will be delivered within a reasonable period of time starting from the day after the order is placed. If the order is placed on Friday or over the weekend, then Monday is considered the day of its placement. We reserve the right for potential delays due to force majeure, in which case we will contact you to inform you about the reasons for the delay and the expected delivery date.
Regarding products to be shipped outside of Greece, we reserve the right concerning the delivery time, about which you will be informed in a timely manner.
Shipping costs for up to two kilograms amount to three Euros (3€), and each additional kilogram costs one Euro and twenty cents (1.20€). For islands, the cost for up to 2 kg amounts to 4.5€, and for remote/inaccessible areas it is 5€, with each additional kilogram costing one Euro and twenty cents (1.20€). The courier company handling the delivery is "ELTA COURIER"; in cases where there is an impediment to service by the aforementioned company, delivery will be carried out through another courier company, following consultation with you.
For product shipments outside of Greece, we reserve the right regarding the exact amount of shipping costs.
You can also pick up your order from our premises at 3 Mavili Str., PC 54630, Thessaloniki (Next to the Dimokratias Square metro station, 100 m) from Monday to Friday 9:00-21:00 and Saturday 10:00-14:00, upon prior arrangement.
12. Product Returns
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You are entitled to return the entire order or part of it without being obliged to announce the reason why you wish to return the products, within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. The cost of returning the products shall be borne by you, unless the reason for the return relates to an error by our business, in which case we assume the relevant cost. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you are obliged to inform us accordingly by sending an email.
For shipments within Greece, the return is carried out through the company "ELTA COURIER". You are obliged to send the product back within 14 days from the day you notified us of exercising your right of withdrawal, in the condition you received it. This means it is essential that each product is returned in pristine condition, exactly as you received it, inside the packaging in which it was sent to you, with no special markings removed (tags, packaging, boxes, etc.), and finally, it must be accompanied by the relevant purchase receipt.
The refund of your money will be completed within 14 days from the date you exercise your right of withdrawal, provided it is returned under the above conditions, depending on the method you chose to pay for your order and the method you chose for the money to be refunded. Once we receive the product, we will process your request immediately and inform you via e-mail about the way it is being handled.
If you wish to submit any complaint, you can send us an email. Cancellation of the order can only be done if you send us an email by the end of the day on which you placed the order, and provided it has not been handed over to a courier company, stating your details and your order number. We will contact you to confirm the cancellation and inform you about the refund of any money you may have already paid.
Additionally, there is the option to credit the value of the product you wish to return so that you can proceed with another purchase. The credit will be made within 14 days from the day you inform us of exercising your right of withdrawal. In order for the value of each returned product to be credited rather than a refund of the money paid, a relevant request must be included in the email with which the right of withdrawal is exercised. Otherwise, a refund of the money paid for the purchase of the returned product will be carried out.
