We commit that products will be delivered within a reasonable period of time starting from the day after the order is placed. If the order is placed on Friday or over the weekend, then Monday is considered the day of its placement. We reserve the right for potential delays due to force majeure, in which case we will contact you to inform you about the reasons for the delay and the expected delivery date.

Regarding products to be shipped outside of Greece, we reserve the right concerning the delivery time, about which you will be informed in a timely manner.

Shipping costs for up to two kilograms amount to three Euros (3€), and each additional kilogram costs one Euro and twenty cents (1.20€). For islands, the cost for up to 2 kg amounts to 4.5€, and for remote/inaccessible areas it is 5€, with each additional kilogram costing one Euro and twenty cents (1.20€). The courier company handling the delivery is "ELTA COURIER"; in cases where there is an impediment to service by the aforementioned company, delivery will be carried out through another courier company, following consultation with you.

For product shipments outside of Greece, we reserve the right regarding the exact amount of shipping costs.

You can also pick up your order from our premises at 3 Mavili Str., PC 54630, Thessaloniki (Next to the Dimokratias Square metro station, 100 m) from Monday to Friday 9:00-21:00 and Saturday 10:00-14:00, upon prior arrangement.
